TicketOps Replaces Ticketmaster at Pacific National Exhibition, Vancouver, BC

TicketOps has just entered into a five year agreement with the Pacific National Exhibition to provide all of the software, hardware and staffing needed for online, onsite and call centre ticketing at the Pacific Coliseum and all other PNE buildings on the Hastings street site in Vancouver. The PNE is home to the Vancouver Giants and hosts numerous large concerts and events throughout the year. We are replacing Ticketmaster so that the PNE can control and collect all processing fees, control their own web site content including third party advertising, and sell directly without exposing their customers to competing events. TicketOps has been the online software supplier for the PNE Fair and Playland since 2005.
TicketOps has broadened our client services. In the past we focused primarily on online software solutions for the sale of general admission, specified date/time/limited quantity ticketing, and more recently gift cards. We integrated mobile sales, mobile delivery and embedded social media shopping carts into our software solution. Now we provide our clients with a turnkey solution for their onsite and online ticket and gift card sales. For large, high demand on-sales server security, load capacity and dependability are crucial. Our services include system design/specification, hardware/software supply, and implementation/ training for all onsite POS, mobile POS, and eCommerce requirements. We also provide call centre sales and box office staffing in certain regions.
